Three Arrested After Firearm Disturbance at White Oaks Park in Paris

The Paris Police Department has arrested three individuals following a disturbance involving a firearm at White Oaks Park in Paris, Illinois.

Officers responded to the park on April 3, 2026, at approximately 11:36 p.m. After receiving several 911 calls reporting the incident.

Upon arrival, police secured the area and requested Emergency Medical Services to provide medical treatment to an injured man.

Authorities have arrested Jordan J. Kollman, Jesse L. Kollman, and Jayden A. Reynolds in connection with the investigation.

The three suspects were scheduled for an initial appearance and detainment hearing on April 14, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. In Courtroom #1 at the Edgar County Courthouse.

The Paris Police Department described the event as an isolated incident.

The investigation remains ongoing. Police have not released specific details regarding the circumstances of the disturbance to protect the integrity of the investigation.
