The Oklahoma City Thunder are one win away from their first NBA Finals appearance since 2012.Leading the Western Conference Finals 3-1, the Thunder will face the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET on Sportsnet 360 and Sportsnet+.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander,the league’s newly crowned MVP,has been a dominant force,averaging 30.8 points and 8.3 assists in the series. In Game 4,he delivered a stellar performance with 40 points,10 assists,and nine rebounds. Jalen Williams,Oklahoma City’s other All-Star,contributed 34 points in Game 4 and is averaging 23 points throughout the series. Chet Holmgren has also presented matchup problems for minnesota, averaging 17 points while shooting 55% from the field.
For the Timberwolves, Anthony Edwards is averaging 24 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 5.3 assists. Though, the supporting cast needs to elevate their game.
