He also thanks vice President JD Vance and the administration, as well as China.

Investors
The new investors consist of the American IT giant Oracle and the investment company MGX in abu Dhabi, and also Silver Lake, another investment company. The new investors thus together own more than 80 percent of the American part of TikTok.
Technology billionaire Michael Dell is also on the ownership side with a personal investment, TikTok says according to the NYT.
Adam Presser, who previously worked as chief operating officer and head of trust and security at TikTok, will lead the new company as CEO. He will bring with him a board of seven members, including Tiktok’s CEO, Shou Chew, writes the AP news agency.
