According to police statements, one of the twins alleged that Busfield touched him in a sensitive area when he was seven years old, and again when he was eight, while on the set of The Cleaning Lady. the child reportedly expressed significant fear of Busfield and relief when he was not present during filming. In a November interview with Albuquerque police, Busfield stated he did not recall any physical contact with the children. A police statement indicates Busfield responded to questions about physical contact and tickling, stating, “I actually don’t remember if it happened.
