Harland & Wolff, ‌the renowned British shipbuilder behind the iconic‌ Titanic, has announced⁤ its decision ⁣to initiate ​bankruptcy administration ‌procedures. The company’s financial struggles, stemming⁤ from a lack of new financing channels, have led‌ to this​ move. ​As a⁤ result, Harland & Wolff is currently preparing an​ administration order and has​ appointed ​consulting firm Teneo as the⁣ administrator ‍to⁢ oversee the bankruptcy​ administration‍ process, set to commence this week.
