Harland & Wolff, the renowned British shipbuilder behind the iconic Titanic, has announced its decision to initiate bankruptcy administration procedures. The company’s financial struggles, stemming from a lack of new financing channels, have led to this move. As a result, Harland & Wolff is currently preparing an administration order and has appointed consulting firm Teneo as the administrator to oversee the bankruptcy administration process, set to commence this week.
