To Copa Eventos Venezuela Sin Limites: Success of Participation and Competition at Las Delicias Sports Center

This Saturday, the Las Delicias Sports Pool Complex became the epicenter of swimming in Venezuela by hosting the I Venezuela Sin Límites Cup of Events. The day brought together more than 280 athletes from Aragua, Guárico and the Capital Region, who competed in various swimming styles.

Wilson Rebolledo, the organizer of the event, expressed his satisfaction with the success of the competition. “This first cup was a huge success. We thank the entire Pool Complex team who made this event possible by making these excellent facilities available,” said Rebolledo, highlighting the importance of teamwork to achieve such a large activity.

For his part, Abelardo Ojeda, general director of the Aquatic Sports Association of the state of Aragua and in charge of the Swimming Pool Complex, emphasized that one of the main objectives of the day was to evaluate young athletes who are not currently federated, with the intention of considering their inclusion in the federal ranks. “Thanks to the Governor of the entity, Karina Carpio, and the Regional Sports Organization of the state of Aragua, led by Jorge Briceño, we have been able to keep the pools in the best condition. This has allowed athletes from different municipalities and states of the country to come and train professionally,” said Ojeda.

The I Copa Eventos Venezuela Sin Límites was not only a platform to measure the aquatic skills of young competitors, but it also focused on mass promotion of the sport. Ojeda drew attention to the fact that the main objective of all the activities carried out in the facilities is to involve more young people in sporting activities, promoting an environment where sport is accessible to all.

The day ended with a festive and energetic atmosphere, where the athletes showed their dedication and passion for swimming, making it clear that events like this are essential for the development of sport in the country. With this successful first edition, it is expected that the I Copa Eventos Venezuela Sin Límites will consolidate itself as a benchmark in the national sports calendar.
