The Fujin Shu Group has reintroduced the popular Japanese brunch brand, Mercer Brunch, to Taiwan. This dining experience is now available in the Taipei Minsheng community.

The star dish at Mercer Brunch is the “Brioche French Toast.” It boasts a golden exterior that is crispy, while the inside maintains a soft and moist texture.

Business hours for Mercer Brunch are divided into two phases. During the day from 08:00 to 17:00, patrons can enjoy classic New York-style brunch options and creative dishes. From 17:00 to 22:00, the atmosphere shifts to a laid-back vibe with varied European cuisine, emphasizing high-quality ingredients.
