Velvet ⁢Sky and Angelina Love,‍ collectively ⁤known as The Stunning People, will be inducted into the TNA Hall ⁢of Fame as part of the promotion’s 2025 class. The surprise announcement came during a ⁣staged interview wiht Tommy Dreamer, as reported by WrestlingNews.co.

⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁤ Sky⁢ recounted that she and Love were participating in what they believed to ⁤be a standard interview with ‍Dreamer. ⁢ “So we were like, great,” Sky saeid, describing their initial⁣ reaction. ⁣However, ⁢the interview was a⁢ ruse orchestrated by TNA President Carlos Silva.Silva unexpectedly ‍appeared on the video call ⁣after some initial pleasantries, delivering the⁤ news: “He was like, ‘We want you to come and‍ be inducted into the 2025 ⁣TNA Hall of fame.'”

‍ ⁢Sky described being overwhelmed by⁣ the announcement. “I immediately just started bawling,” she recalled. “Literally nothing catches me off ⁤guard…⁤ but I was not expecting that at all. I mean, we both, Angelina⁢ and I, we both just teared up.⁤ It was just so exciting.”

“You Work the Worker”

⁤after Silva concluded the call, ⁣Dreamer revealed the setup. Sky playfully ⁢lamented, ‍”I’m like, you work the worker. Workers⁢ never get worked, but we ⁤did. And it was like, such a wonderful surprise.” Dreamer confirmed ⁢that the entire interview was designed to catch them off guard.
