Darren Criss Throws Star-Studded Tony Awards After-Party

Following the Tony Awards 2025 ceremony, where Cynthia Erivo‘s performance capped off Broadway’s biggest night, Darren Criss, a double winner, kept the celebration going with an exclusive after-party that stretched into the early morning.
Criss, who made history as the first actor of Asian descent to win best actor in a musical for his role in Maybe Happy Ending, celebrated his wins well into the night. The musical itself was a big winner,securing six awards,including best musical,score,and director. Criss also earned a Tony as a producer.

After the official cast party,Criss co-hosted an after-after party with Julianne Hough at the Crane Club,a cocktail lounge in downtown Manhattan. The party continued until 5 a.m.
Criss, in his third outfit of the night, took to the stage with an electric guitar, performing a medley of 90s hits. The set list included Third Eye Blind’s “Semi-Charmed Life,” Sublime’s “Santeria,” and Lit’s “My Own Worst Enemy.” He even persuaded his wife, Mia, to join him for a rendition of “What’s Up?” by 4 Non Blondes.
The evening culminated in a performance of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” which ignited a mosh pit among the celebrity guests. Attendees included Chris Colfer, Daniel Dae Kim, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Ben and Ella stiller, Zoey Deutch, Nina Dobrev, and Criss’s Maybe Happy Ending co-stars.
