“I snatched him. I took advantage of him,” Casio continued. “I threw him all over and I just kept slamming him and stabbing him.”
Lanez was stabbed 14 times in the back, torso, head, and face during the May 12 attack. He was treated at a Bakersfield hospital before being returned to the prison system. He has since been transferred to California Men’s Colony prison.
