Tudor’s managerial career has been varied, encompassing spells at Hajduk Split, Paok, Karabukspor, Galatasaray, Udinese, Verona, Marseille, Lazio, and Juventus. His win percentages across these clubs range from 37.78% at Paok to 56.3% at Marseille, demonstrating a mixed record of success. His most recent stint at Juventus, while initially promising with Champions League qualification, ultimately ended in disappointment after an eight-game winless run.

The club will be hoping Tudor can quickly address the issues that plagued Frank’s tenure – a lack of wins, a disjointed team, and a growing sense of unrest among supporters. Frank’s eight-month spell yielded a winning percentage of just 27%, and he struggled to connect with both the players and the fans. The atmosphere at home games had become increasingly mutinous, a situation Tudor must rectify to steer Spurs away from the looming threat of relegation.
