Investigation Details
The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) investigated the scene. According to MNPD, the man was operating the heavy-duty machine when it overturned while he was navigating an incline, leading to the fatal entrapment.
The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) has confirmed that the agency is looking into the incident.
