The 34-year-old Fleetwood started modestly at TPC River Highlands but ignited his round with an eagle on the par-5 13th, followed by another on the par-4 14th, holing out from 30 yards.A 12-foot birdie putt on the 16th cemented his place atop the leaderboard.
