Radek Klein, the CEO of TwistCafe Group, revealed in an interview that the acquisition is part of a strategic move to diversify and expand the company’s reach beyond the Czech Republic. “The TwistCafe Group became a franchise developer. The market in the Czech Republic is quite small, so we need to expand outside the country and at the same time look at other successful concepts in Central Europe.
