Dublin Attempted Murder Trial Delayed Pending psychological Evaluation
Dublin, Ireland – The trial of Riad Bouchaker, accused of attempting to murder three young children and assaulting a childcare worker in Dublin last year, has been postponed.
Bouchaker’s lawyers requested the delay, citing the need for a comprehensive neuropsychological report. Senior counsel for the defense presented documents to Mr. justice Paul McDermott at the Central Criminal Court, outlining the complexity of the evaluation and estimating its completion by the end of February.

Bouchaker, 50, and of no fixed abode, faces charges of attempted murder against two girls and a boy. one of the girls, who was five years old at the time of the incident, sustained serious injuries.
