Qatar Airways finalized an agreement for 160 aircraft, including 130 787s and 30 777Xs, valued at $96 billion. Shortly after, Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi ordered 28 aircraft, comprising Boeing 787 Dreamliners and 777Xs, for $14.5 billion.
Additionally, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) reportedly booked 30 Boeing 737 MAX jets for its aircraft leasing company, AviLease.
Boeing secured orders for 303 aircraft in May, marking its strongest month since December 2023. The company also delivered 45 aircraft, including 32 narrowbody 737s, according to Bloomberg.
