Madrid, Spain – U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed on Tuesday,September 16,2025,that President donald Trump was prepared to ban tiktok if necessary,a stance he described as pivotal in reaching a deal framework with China. The disclosure came following meetings between Bessent,U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer,and Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng in Madrid on september 15,2025.
