HIGASHI OSAKA, Japan (AP) — A two-day festival celebrating Vietnamese culture and the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day concluded Sunday at Hanazono Central Park in Higashi Osaka. The event, titled “The Heart of Vietnam – 50 Years of Beating Together,” was organized by Vietnamese associations and communities in the Kansai region.
