The thrilling race of the F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2024 produced some interesting numbers.

■This is the second time in the last three seasons that both Williams have scored points (the last time was at the 2023 United States Grand Prix).
■Colapinto became the first Argentine driver to score points since his Williams teammate Carlos Reutemann in the 1982 South African Grand Prix.
■ Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton took ninth place, his 16th points finish from 17 races this season.
■Hamilton has covered more than 100,000 km in his Grand Prix career. He is the second player to achieve this record after Fernando Alonso.
■Oliver Bearman finished 10th with Haas, becoming the first driver in F1 history to score points in his first race with two different manufacturers (7th in Saudi Arabia with Ferrari).
■In the second Haas, Nico Hulkenberg finished 11th for the seventh time this season, breaking the record for the most times he dropped one place outside the points in a single season (Michele Alboreto, 1992).
