Fabio Turchi and Milans Volkovs will meet in the ring Sunday at Piazza Santa Croce in⁤ Florence, Italy, headlining Top Rank ⁤Boxing on ESPN. Turchi‌ (24-3, 16 KOs), a native of Florence, will be making his first appearance in 2025. His last fight was a victory‍ over Viktar Chvarkou in December.

Volkovs (11-3-2,‌ 6 ⁤KOs), from Latvia, ⁤is also making ⁤his 2025 debut. The 25-year-old⁢ defeated​ Tommy Fletcher in October. The two cruiserweights are scheduled for 10 rounds, battling for the vacant WBO ⁤Global title. This Top Rank Boxing​ on ​ESPN ⁣event promises a night of exciting matchups.

Other bouts on the card include Othmane Dioual (9-2-1, 2 KOs) against Leonardo ‍Balli ⁢(10-1-2, 3 KOs) in a 10-round ⁤super middleweight fight for the vacant ‌WBC international silver title.Francesco grandelli (18-4-2,⁤ 4 KOs) will face ⁢Simone ‌Rao (11-0, 1 KO) ‍in a 10-round, nontitle featherweight match. In women’s featherweight​ action, Martina Righi (6-3-1, 3 KOs) will take on Marina Sakharov (6-20-2, 3 KOs) in a six-round bout.junior welterweight ​Hugo Micallef (10-0,2 KOs) will face Marko Dmitrovic (14-15-1,7 KOs) in​ an eight-round fight. Welterweight Raffaele Montella​ (8-4-0) is scheduled ​for a six-round fight against an opponent to be announced.
