TÜV Rheinland supports the German national tennis team in the Davis Cup
TÜV Rheinland Group (hereinafter referred to as “TÜV Rheinland”), an international independent third-party testing, inspection and certification organization, will serve as a partner of the German national tennis team in the Davis Cup Zhuhai Station, China, and support the German team in participating in the 2024 Men’s Tennis World Cup and Davis Cup Finals held at the Hengqin International Tennis Center in Zhuhai, China from September 10 to 15.
Zhuhai, August 30, 2024 – TÜV Rheinland Group (hereinafter referred to as “TÜV Rheinland”), an international independent third-party testing, inspection and certification organization, will serve as the partner of the German national tennis team’s Davis Cup Zhuhai Station in China, supporting the German team in the 2024 Men’s Tennis World Cup and Davis Cup Final Group Stage (Group C) held at the Hengqin International Tennis Center in Zhuhai, China from September 10 to 15. This is the first time in more than a hundred years that the Davis Cup has been held in Asia, fully demonstrating the trust and recognition of the International Tennis Federation in Chinese tennis. TÜV Rheinland will set up a special area for the matches where the German team participates, inviting customers, partners and employees in the Greater Bay Area to enjoy this tennis event.

Davis Cup is the top international men’s tennis team event organized by the International Tennis Federation (ITF). It attracts teams from more than 150 countries and regions every year. It is the world’s largest annual team sports competition and is known as the “Tennis World Cup”. The Davis Cup final group matches will be held simultaneously in Bologna (Group A), Valencia (Group B), Zhuhai (Group C) and Manchester (Group D). The German team will compete with the United States, Slovakia and Chile in Group C. The top two teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals and advance to the finals held in Malaga, Spain from November 19 to 24.
