Past Tense Series Sparks Controversy on Social Media
The scene is an unexpected encounter, a comment on a scene from the past Verb series, which started showing on the Shahid platform a few days ago and has sparked controversy on X in the last few hours due to its boldness.
Those who saw the scene carry a message to every girl not to trust anyone easily, as one follower of the work wrote: “There are two different paths. The first is a strong personality and he gave her words that were beyond her understanding, knowing that the result will be those youths who blackmail the public with their pictures or anything else, each interpreting as he wishes and sending a message, ‘Don’t believe easily.'”

Some have criticized people’s description of the scene as bold, as one commenter wrote: “Why would this scene excite so many people, more than any blackmail scene before it because the girl wasn’t scared or she wasn’t intimidated by him? He was not broken by fear of family, or scandal, nor was he weak in the face of threats, nor did he submit to blackmailers, he simply exposed him to the same degradation and baseness, so he turned the tables on him.”

The commenter continued: “The girl who faces blackmail, don’t submit to it, whatever it is or whatever happens and protect yourself and the girls from its evil and for every girl in general, never put yourself in this stupid situation. No… Be smart from the start and don’t trust anyone.”
The scene is in two different ways the first is a strong character and he gives her voice which is out of her control, the second is the young men who play with people’s girls and blackmail them with pictures or something else still good, they leave it to people’s opinion, each as they explains the wants and the message is not easily believed.
