Daniela Aránguiz spoke out against Chilevisión after the channel aired an old episode of ”Podemos Hablar” where she discussed her breakup with Jorge Valdivia.
Daniela Aránguiz against Chilevisión
Daniela Aránguiz expressed her dissatisfaction with Chilevisión’s decision to air the episode, which was recorded about a year ago. She stated that she had contacted the program’s director to request that the conversation not be broadcast, but the channel decided to air it anyway.
Aránguiz explained that she was going through a difficult time during the recording of the episode, as she was in the middle of a divorce and separation from Valdivia. She felt that the channel’s decision to air the episode was “unintentional” and caused her more harm.
“I think they disrespected me, especially Chilevisión,” Aránguiz said. “I asked, I begged the director of the program Podemos Hablar not to show an interview I gave myself, but in the end they did it to cause morbidity and more damage.”
Aránguiz also emphasized that the topic of the episode was not related to show business, but rather a serious issue that was being handled in court. She felt that the channel’s decision to air the episode was inappropriate and involved her in something she had nothing to do with.
“I believe that when you are on the ground, you should not trample on people, because those people stop again later,” Aránguiz said. “I think it’s very unintentional. They bring me to a topic that is not show business, we are not talking here about infidelity, we are talking about a topic that is in justice.”
Aránguiz also mentioned that she is reviewing her contract with the channel and considering taking action. ”To be honest, I don’t think I even signed the contract for my image, so I’m looking at it now (with lawyers),” she said.
