The Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Adjusting the Summer Fishing Ban System stipulates that from May 1 to September 16 each year, except for fishing gear operations and special fishing, all marine fishing vessels and supporting fishing auxiliary vessels will implement a phased fishing ban in different sea areas. Among them, the fishing ban in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea between 35 degrees north latitude and 26 degrees 30 minutes north latitude is from 12:00 on May 1 to 12:00 on September 16, which is also the latest sea area to end the fishing ban.
