The match at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium saw the UAE take control in the first half.
Zlatko Dalić managed the UAE side, while Tarik Sektioui directed the Oman national team.
The UAE fielded Khalid Eisa in goal, supported by defenders Ruben Filipe, Lucas Pimenta, Alaa El-Din Zouhair, and Marcos Meloni. Midfielders Mamadou Coulibaly, Issam Fayez, and Laurent Pereira lined up alongside attackers Nicolás Giménez, Da Silva, and Ousmane Camara.
Oman deployed Ibrahim Al-Mukhaini in goal behind a defense featuring Harib Al-Saadi, Jameel Al-Yahmadi, Ahmed Al-Kaabi, and Nasser Al-Rawahi. Their midfield included Musta’ab Al-Shaqsi, Amjad Al-Harthi, and Abdulsalam Al-Shakili, with Abdullah Fawaz, Khalid Al-Braiki, and Issam Al-Subhi leading the attack.

After the break, the UAE maintained pressure and earned a penalty kick when Luan Pereira was fouled inside the box.

That missed opportunity failed to alter the match outcome. The UAE defense protected their narrow lead through the final whistle to secure the win.

Group Stage Paths and Final Matchup against Saudi Arabia
To reach the semi-finals, the UAE topped Group Two with seven points, edging Qatar on goal difference after beating Yemen 4-0, defeating Bahrain 3-0, and drawing 1-1 with Qatar. Oman advanced to the last four through a historic drawing of lots that placed them ahead of Iraq after both finished level in Group One with four points.
In the tournament’s other semi-final, Saudi Arabia defeated Qatar 3-2 on penalties following a scoreless 90 minutes. That result sets up a final showdown between the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
