Anyone can nominate an exceptional nurse or patient care team member for a DAISY or Sunflower Award. This includes faculty, staff, and patients. To nominate someone, simply fill out the appropriate form.
About the DAISY Award
The DAISY Award recognizes nurses who consistently demonstrate caring attitudes and make a significant impact on patients’ lives. Recipients must show strong assessment skills and enthusiasm in their work. The committee selects one nurse each month to honor.
