UK’s Top Management Consulting firms to Be Ranked in New Survey

The Financial Times and Statista are collaborating on their ninth annual ranking of the United Kingdom’s leading management consulting firms. the ranking aims to identify the most respected consultancies across various sectors, amid an evolving economic landscape.
The management consulting industry faces a period of uncertainty, with public sector clients reducing spending and private sector clients navigating an unstable economy. together, consultants are at the forefront of the corporate transition to artificial intelligence, presenting both opportunities and long-term questions for the industry.
The ranking process involves three surveys. The first is open to management consultants,allowing them to evaluate their peers. The second is an open survey for clients of management consultants. The third is an anonymous survey of consultancy clients, independently conducted by Statista.
Partners and executives at management consulting firms can register for the peer survey. Clients who have worked with a management consultancy in the past four years can also register for the client survey using a business email. Statista will then send a personalized survey link.
Registration for the open surveys is from June 16 to August 15, 2025. Participation is free and anonymous. Statista will conduct the anonymous client survey in September, recruiting respondents thru an online access panel to ensure independence.
Management consultants will be evaluated across 16 sectors and 15 work types, including standalone consultancies, advisory divisions of auditing and accountancy firms, and consultancy divisions of technology companies.Evaluated consultancies have no input into the ranking process.
