Ukraine declares institution of army authorities, controlling 1,150km2 of Russian territory

Ukraine has introduced the creation of its first army administration in Kiev-controlled areas of Russia’s Kursk area.

In a report back to President Volodymyr Zelensky on August 15, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Military Oleksandr Syrskyi introduced that Ukraine had established the primary army authorities within the Ukrainian-controlled areas of Russia’s Kursk province.
