Ukraine Claims Russian Troop Losses Nearing One Million Mark

Russia’s total losses in its war against Ukraine may soon reach one million troops, according to claims from Kyiv. The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces reported monday that Russian forces have suffered 998,080 losses since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022. These figures reportedly include soldiers killed,wounded,missing,or captured.
Along with personnel, the report details substantial equipment losses for Russia. These include 10,919 tanks, 22,768 armored fighting vehicles, and 51,455 vehicles and fuel tanks.
