An investigative commission has been formed to​ examine the ​circumstances⁤ of the⁤ attack ‍and determine accountability. The training⁣ unit is within range of Russian reconnaissance and ‍drone capabilities, situated inside the 1,000 km active front line.Ukrainian forces are ​grappling with manpower shortages and implementing‌ measures to prevent ​large⁣ gatherings, given the prevalence of Russian drone patrols.

“At this‍ point, we don’t have any‍ clear details about what the Russians are planning ‍to do in Istanbul,” he said. “Of ⁣course,everyone​ in ‌the world ​wants diplomacy to work and⁣ a real ceasefire to⁤ happen.⁣ Everyone wants Russia to stop playing with diplomacy and end the war. Everyone wants ⁢serious peace, and ​Russia must agree to this.”
