Actress Uhm Ji-won, 46, recently underwent a genetic skin test, which revealed that she has “golden skin.”
On her YouTube channel, Uhm Ji-won shared a skincare video titled “Um Ji-won’s skincare product to maintain honey-colored skin during the change of seasons, how to prevent dryness and increase elasticity!”
Uhm Ji-won emphasized the importance of skincare, stating, “Skin seems to be a problem for many people. Now that my job is to learn, I can also manage. I prefer care-oriented management rather than irritating procedures.” She added, “Beauty standards may vary from person to person, but since my late 20s, I have decided to pursue wellness, not anti-aging.”
The genetic skin test revealed that Uhm Ji-won is well-suited for strength training, ranking 3rd out of 100 people. The researcher in charge noted, “She has the ability to keep up with the intensity of strength training.”
Regarding Uhm Ji-won’s skin, the researcher praised her habit of applying sunscreen, saying, “It must have helped a lot. I understand that you do a lot of outdoor activities, and thanks to the sunscreen, it is currently in good condition.”
The researcher also advised Uhm Ji-won to use antioxidant products, such as vitamin C and glutathione, to maintain her skin’s health.
