Comedians Camilo‍ Sánchez and Camilo Pardo:⁢ The Dark‍ Side of ‌Comedy

The world of comedy has‍ become increasingly relevant, especially in the country’s capital, where comedians like Camilo Sánchez and Camilo Pardo have gained massive popularity⁢ through their unique style⁤ of humor.

Camilo Pardo, also known as ‘The Wizard,’ has ventured⁤ into other formats outside of comedy, ⁣including his ‌participation in the reality show ‘Survivor’ on Canal RCN, where he reached ⁤the final.

Through their stand-up comedy, which has reached different parts⁢ of the world, Camilo Sánchez and Camilo Pardo share their humor with hundreds of people, dealing with‍ news events from a⁤ sarcastic point of view.

The Risks of Comedy: Lawsuits⁣ and Death Threats

However, this style of comedy has ⁤created serious problems, including lawsuits and death threats. In a recent appearance on ⁢the ‘Voy Melo’ podcast, Camilo Pardo shared his experience and expressed concern about the threatening messages he receives every day.

“We’ve been on all the news programs in the country, and people who don’t know us ⁢are starting to receive a lot of hate. There are people who threaten you and ⁢write to you, ‘We already know where you live,’ ‘We already know‌ where she‍ is,’ ‌’we know the ⁤show they have this week, we’re going to ‌wait for them outside the theater,'” the comedian began.

When asked if threats ever became facts, Camilo‌ Pardo revealed that they usually don’t, but are just‌ anonymous ‌messages behind a screen. However, he warned that it would only take one person for ‌a threat to become a reality.

“Fortunately, they are threats that ⁤one ⁤tries ‌to‍ take lightly, thinking that someone on a mobile phone⁣ writing nonsense is being funny.⁣ But, when you receive 20 similar messages in one ⁤day, you say ‘My God.’ It only takes one‌ crazy ‌person,” ⁤Camilo ⁢said ‌during the podcast.
