DREAMS COME TRUE: Celebrating 35 Years of Music and Memories
Get an exclusive look at singer Miwa Yoshida’s triumphant return to her hometown of Ikeda Town, Hokkaido, as DREAMS COME TRUE celebrates their 35th anniversary.
This year, July 7th was designated as “Dream Day” after Tanabata, where dreams come true once a year. To commemorate this special day, DREAMS COME TRUE held a live concert in Ikeda-cho, Hokkaido, which attracted a total of 15,000 people, more than double the city’s population.
In a special interview, both members of DREAMS COME TRUE shared their thoughts on their 35-year journey, including their feelings towards singing, which have remained the same since their debut. They also revealed their nostalgic memories of performing together and the key words that have defined their career.
The program features exclusive performance videos of “Haretara Ii”, “Anata to Turattatta♪”, “Kaiju”, and “ALMOST HOME” from the live concert in Ikeda Town. Miwa Yoshida personally selected these songs, which fit perfectly with the Ikeda Town setting.
