Unifying the Nation: President Erdoğan’s Call to Action on October 29th
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements at the October 29 Special Program at the Presidential Complex.

As long as the home front remains intact, neither terrorist organizations nor the evil forces that feed them will be able to achieve their goals. There is a truth they don’t understand. This is the last representative of the Republic of Türkiye from thousands of years of state experience. Our republic has made some wrong choices since its inception. This is not enough to overshadow our human values.
This nation is a noble nation that managed to rise from its ashes despite all the attacks it suffered. We are off to a strong start again. We will make this struggle successful, just as the national struggle was crowned with victory. Our nation, which has believed that everything is mortal since time immemorial, has defined eternity.
“OUR INTEGRATION OF AROUND THE CENTURY OF Türkiye HAS BECOME ESSENTIAL”
After the establishment of our Republic, our process of accepting all people within the borders of our state as fair and equal may have been rather painful. But ultimately I think we succeeded. I think we should stop the contests of the past and turn our attention to the Turkey Century. In such a time, our integration around 85 million Turkey Century has become more essential.
“DIFFICULTY WILL NOT GET US OUT OF OUR WAY”
The national struggle alone is an indicator of what these people can do even under the most difficult conditions. The superior side of the national struggle was the invaders. With the help and grace of God, we were the ones who won the victory. In the fight, no one asked his friend if he was Turkish, Kurdish, Alevi or Sunni. We always defeated the enemy with this spirit. Due to the development of the Greek occupation forces, the idea of withdrawing our army to the east of Sakarya has been brought to the agenda. The parliament assembled in secret session. Fevzi Pasha suggested that the Parliament should be moved to Kayseri. Deputy Diyap Ağa took the floor. ‘Did we come here to run away or to fight and fight?’ The speech ended like this. We still feel the climate in the parliamentary rostrum today. We say the same thing again. We are taking a historic stand that will revive the hope of our brothers around the world. No difficulty will stop us from our path.

We will not step back against the games played in our region and we will not be defeated by the stealth games. We will continue our honorable struggle without compromising our honorable and smart stance. I sincerely appeal to everyone whose heart beats with the love of this country.
