United We Sacrifice: The Unseen Heroes of National Selflessness
Breaking the Cycle of Violence: A Path to Peace in Sudan
Denial of self-segregation among options related to the nation’s vital issues is a liberal approach to concessions and a bold and important step to address the threats facing the nation.
Having a good spirit, sincere determination, and finding work is the safe way out of the current situation. Restoring what was destroyed by political practices and disgruntled insiders who dominated the tragic homeland environment is more difficult than building the material structure of a war-ravaged homeland.
The Rise of the Nation
The rise of the nation from the ravages of war, which has destroyed the harvest of people’s lives, destroyed the structure and being of the state, and whose parties continue to refute the allegations through practice, will remain a hopeful hope.
When there is a glimmer of hope on the horizon to reach a peace agreement, whatever its source, it must be welcomed and sought to be reached, so as to stop the call of death, destruction, suffering, and humiliation to the nation and its people.
Avoiding Foreign Agendas
Avoiding going too far into one’s wrong position which increases the constant intrusion of foreign agendas, weakening it through sticks and roots and greedy motives is good for the homeland and a relief for parties from burdens that are burdened by mountains, and a factor in the desired national reconciliation.
The Role of the People
To advance this matter in the light of the present state of fluidity, where the desires of the soul prevail, weighed down by the weight of circumstances and thinking of consequences, the matter requires the intervention of the overwhelming will of the people, to make its voice heard on all sides so that the homeland is not sold in the global slave market.
The Virtual World
The virtual world is pervasive, available, heard, and seen and should not be left to the rooms it creates, which inspire the flames of war and spread hate speech and are exploited by and exploited by short-sighted internal agendas. With a dirty foreign agenda, which covets the country’s wealth.
A Call to Action
US President Joe Biden’s recent call for Sudanese armed forces and rapid aid forces to facilitate immediate and unimpeded humanitarian access to civilians and the importance of returning to the negotiating table to end the ongoing conflict, calling on all parties to cease and desist from escalating violence seems to be a listening ear.
The reaction of concerned leaders to the speech opened a window of hope for the possibility of a response.
Leaders’ Response
Al-Burhan, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, said that the Sudanese government is striving to end the suffering of Sudanese citizens completely, stressing the importance of achieving a lasting peace that goes beyond simply ending the violence and to address the root causes of instability among the Sudanese people and focus on promoting reconciliation.
Rapid Support Force Commander Daglo said in a press statement: “We are committed to finding a peaceful solution to the crisis in Sudan, and we will continue the peace process, there has never been an option for us. And our position has been and will remain firm on peace and democratic civilian rule.”
A Sincere Desire for Peace
If these responses arise from a real, sincere desire, and not from the usual tactics and broken promises … as has been repeated before and noted by most analysts, and if the warlords are truly freed from the burden of self-understanding, alliances, and the continuation of empty strategic heresy with words.
If they are stripped of self-conceit and attachment and sincere intention is directed to take into account the situation of oppressed countries and defeated peoples and act on these words that will lead to cessation of war.
It will clear the way to stop killing more souls, one of which was killed unjustly, which is greater than the destruction of the Kaaba, as Islam teaches us, which glorifies warriors. Stopping the war would stop the continued destruction of the country’s capabilities and end the suffering of its citizens.
