Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir Expresses Confidence in Pakistan’s Bright Future
The Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir has expressed his confidence in the bright future of Pakistan, stating that the nation should have full faith and trust in its potential. He made these remarks during his visit to Karachi, where he met with the business community and addressed various initiatives.
General Asim Munir praised the brotherly and friendly countries, especially China, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, for their support in restoring Pakistan’s economy. He emphasized that Pakistan has tremendous potential in various areas and will, by the command of Allah, reach its true position.
The Army Chief also acknowledged the efforts of individuals who were making unsuccessful attempts to spread frustration in the society, stating that they have been defeated by the joint efforts of all stakeholders. He appreciated the role of the business community in the economic development of the country and acknowledged the positive progress in the country’s economy.
General Asim Munir also met with the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and other important civil society personalities during the inauguration ceremony of the ‘Invista Indus IT Park’ in Karachi. The park aims to promote cooperation between education and industry in the field of information technology, especially artificial intelligence, for the youth of Pakistan.
The Army Chief visited the Karachi Corps area, where he was briefed about operational preparations and important training initiatives organized by the Army. He appreciated the efforts of the federal and provincial governments to support all initiatives.
