The actual display of 7-inch + 3.5-inch dual-screen portable gaming PC “AYANEO FLIP DS” has started at High Beam Akihabara Main Store.

It is available in two colors, black and white, and the in-store price is 193,600 yen for the 32GB memory model and 234,300 yen for the 64GB model.

AYANEO FLIP DS is a portable gaming PC equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 8840U processor, a 7-inch primary screen (1080P), a 3.5-inch secondary screen (960 x 640), and Windows 11 Home. Equipped with AYA Space 2.0 as a dedicated management application.

The main body has a shell structure. The top is the main screen, the bottom is the secondary screen and controller, and the main screen can be closed to make it more compact. It also presents an example of how to take advantage of the two screens, such as playing a game on the main screen while checking the tutorial on the secondary screen.

The joystick of the controller has a concave design, so it will not touch the screen even when it is closed. Furthermore, the hinge structure allows it to be adjusted to three angles: 120°, 150° and 180°.

The main screen uses a dynamic IPS screen. Specs include up to 180° full-angle hovering, 120Hz refresh rate, 120% sRGB color gamut, and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. The secondary screen uses an “IPS screen” and 10-point multi-touch.

It also features “Dual Screen Keys” which are said to make window management easier. You can perform operations such as changing the displayed contents of the subscreen with a single click and turning off the subscreen completely with a long press.

The dimensions of the main body are approximately 180 x 102 x 29.8-37.5 mm and the weight is approximately 650 g. The battery capacity is 45 Wh. The storage capacity is 2 TB (M.2 2230 PCle 4.0 SSD). Cooling is by vapor chamber + air cooling.

Interfaces are USB4 Type-C x 1, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C x 1, microSD card slot x 1, OCuLink x 1, 3.5mm microphone/headphone jack x 1. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and 6-axis gyro sensor.
