Vivo V40 Lite Series Launch: 5G and 4G Variants with Impressive Specs
Apart from the vivo V40e, vivo has also launched two entry-level smartphones – the vivo V40 Lite 5G and V40 Lite 4G. The overall picture of both the models is very similar, except for a few specifications.
The vivo V40 Lite 4G will come with Snapdragon 685 and 8GB of RAM, while the vivo V40 Lite 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 with up to 12GB of RAM options.
The rest of the specifications are the same, namely a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera is a 32-megapixel punch-hole camera and there are two rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel primary camera. It uses a Sony IMX882 sensor and a 2-megapixel depth camera with Aura Light portrait system flash. It also features company-developed AI such as AI Erase, Photo Enhance, etc.
The vivo V40 Lite 4G and V40 Lite 5G come with a large 5,000mAh battery that supports the same 80W fast charging. They run FuntouchOS 14, which is also covered in Android 14.
