KB Insurance Unveils Viral Video ‘Maturity is Direct’ Featuring Lee Man-ki and Lee Hee-jun
KB Insurance announced the release of its viral video ‘Maturity is coming, maturity is just around the corner’, featuring Lee Man-ki, the new model for ‘KB Direct’, and Lee Hee-jun, who recently appeared in a video for a campaign to prevent drunk driving.
The viral video for KB Insurance Direct uses a catchy song and lyrics, making it distinct from the previously produced TV commercial, “When Maturity Comes, Yuna’s KB Direct.” The video aims to make anyone naturally think of KB Direct when their car insurance expiration date approaches.
Lee Man-ki appeared in ‘Manggi-wat Direct’, released on the official KB Insurance Direct YouTube channel, which contained friendly content of meeting customers of various age groups who are about to have their car insurance expire.
The follow-up video, titled “Maturity is Imminent,” scheduled to be released at the end of this month, will feature actor Lee Hee-jun, who performed passionately in the public service video “Illegal Weapon Storage Campaign” to prevent drunk driving, along with Lee Man-ki. They plan to humorously portray the situation where maturity is imminent.
KB Insurance Direct’s viral video can be viewed through IPTV, movie theaters, and the official YouTube channel. Additionally, the participatory ‘Manggiwa Direct Challenge’ will be held to spread the viral video.
The challenge can be participated in starting on the 11th through the KB Insurance official YouTube channel, and prizes will be awarded by drawing numbers in a way that the participant’s car insurance expiration date becomes the lucky number. Prizes include iPhone 16 Pro, AirPod Pro 2nd generation, Starbucks Americano, etc.
A KB Insurance Direct official stated, “We thought about how to deliver the message in a pleasant way because we thought that having to worry about the expiration of car insurance every year could be perceived as a bothersome and inconvenient task,” adding, “We will strive to communicate more closely with customers and meet their expectations with various products and services.”
