Order and Shipping Information

Our professional tailors require 15 business days to create a custom costume based on your measurements after receiving your order. For complex costumes, please allow approximately 30 days. Some wigs and custom shoes may take 4-5 weeks to produce. All accessories are available for immediate delivery. If you’re attending a convention, please place your order well in advance of the convention date.

Once your payment is completed, our tailor will begin working on your costume within 2 days. Please note that it’s not possible to cancel your order after the costume has been made. We encourage you to carefully consider your choices before making a purchase.

Payment Options

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and WorldPay.

  • PayPal: We accept payments via PayPal.
  • Stripe: Payment can be made with Apple Pay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).
  • WorldPay: When paying via WorldPay, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, and MasterMoney.

Customs and Taxes

CosplayFU is not responsible for any costs incurred when importing from overseas or for customs duties at the destination. As a customer, you are responsible for any import taxes or additional costs. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend that you contact your customs office for more information. If you decide to return the product for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and transaction fees for the total amount incurred during the refund process. The remaining amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the delivery.

Shipping and Handling

CosplayFU offers free shipping worldwide. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We mainly use China Post, Hong Kong Post, and USPS for shipping. Orders will usually be delivered within 20-30 business days.

You can also choose a different shipping class for faster delivery. Upgrading your shipping class will incur an additional fee.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem with the quality of the product or an unexpected mistake is found, we will provide a full refund. The buyer must return the product to our company.
