Jieguan Town Organizes Mobilization Training Meeting on Prevention and Control of Major Animal Diseases

On the morning of March 27, Jieguan Town organized a meeting of epidemic prevention workers to mobilize and train on the prevention and control of major animal diseases in 2018.

Jieguan Town held this mobilization training meeting to comprehensively deploy the prevention and control of major animal diseases in 2018 and ensure the completion of the town’s animal epidemic prevention goals and tasks. The participants were animal epidemic prevention officers from 54 villages in Jieguan Town.

Comrade Yao Fusheng, member of the Jieguan Town Party Committee and deputy mayor, put forward requirements on how to do a good job in animal epidemic prevention in 2018.

Key Requirements for Animal Epidemic Prevention

1. We must fully realize the importance and urgency of major animal disease prevention and control, and be highly alert in our thinking.
2. We must implement all tasks in a practical manner, do a good job in the prevention and control of major epidemics, and carry out compulsory immunization work in a solid manner.
3. Implement responsibilities. The epidemic prevention officers of each village should go to the front line of work, solve problems in a timely manner, and constantly improve work methods and measures. At the same time, they should do a good job in publicity, educate the general public to enhance legal awareness, increase knowledge of scientific animal breeding, and enhance self-protection awareness.

At this mobilization and training meeting, Jieguan Town’s 2018 major animal disease prevention and control work was comprehensively deployed and arranged, which will serve as a guide for the next step of work.
