Standing at an impressive 6 feet 1 inch (186 cm) tall and weighing 340 pounds (140 kilograms), Yevmchek’s physique was truly remarkable. His chest and biceps measured 25 inches (63 cm), a testament to his dedication to bodybuilding.
A Rare Glimpse into Yevmchek’s Past
Recently, social media users shared pictures of Yevmchek as a child, showcasing his surprisingly thin frame. This sparked curiosity among many, who wondered how he transformed into the world’s largest bodybuilder.
Just two days before his passing, Yevmchek suffered a sudden heart attack. His wife attempted to save him with chest compressions until the ambulance arrived, but unfortunately, doctors were unable to revive him, and his heart stopped beating after two days in the hospital.
Yevmchek’s wife shared her emotional experience, saying, “I prayed all this time, hoping that Elijah would recover. I spent every day by his side, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain was dead.”

A Message from Yevmchek’s Wife
Following her husband’s passing, Yevmchek’s wife expressed her gratitude to those who offered condolences, saying, ”I thank everyone for their condolences that I was not alone in this world and thank the many people who gave me help and support.”
In a video released in 2022, Yevmchek shared his diet, which consisted of 7 meals a day, totaling 16,500 calories, and 2.5 kilograms of beef. This insight into his eating habits provided a glimpse into the dedication required to build his impressive physique.
