This temporary employment opportunity is available at a renowned British luxury brand in Tokyo, offering a competitive compensation package of ¥450-550 per hour.

Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Entry and exit procedures for office and store staff
• Disposal of uniforms and work shoes for office staff
• Processing employee sales discounts for office and store staff
• Contract renewal and invoice payment for store dispatch staff
• Processing invoices for the office’s human resources department
• Arranging interview schedules for office and store temporary staff
• New employee orientation and other duties related to the Human Resources Department

Location and Application Requirements

This position is based in Tokyo and requires the following:

• Experience using Excel VLookUp, functions, and Word
• Experience in general affairs, human resources, and accounting
• English skills preferred (not frequently used)
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in the apparel industry
• Ability to work long-term and commit to responsibilities
