Unlock a Restful Night’s Sleep: Expert-Backed Tips for a Deeper Slumber

But the time you go to bed at night isn’t the only indicator of healthy sleep.

In this study, Samsung also focused on so-called sleep efficiency. Smart technology will also tell you how long your various sleep stages last and when you actually wake up, even if you don’t remember it in the morning. Between 2021 and 2021, the proportion of waking time among the total time spent in bed averaged 2023 minutes, and average sleep efficiency also decreased. Additionally, sleep disorders affect both men and women regardless of age, continent, or religion.
