Russian Exchange Scholarship (China-Russia Government Scholarship) for 2025-2026

The China Scholarship Council is offering the Russian Exchange Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year. This scholarship is open to students in various disciplines, including precision science, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, new materials, petroleum engineering, medicine, physics, chemistry, and other science and engineering majors. Additionally, students in Russian language and literature, law, economics, history, international relations, sociology, journalism, literary creation, and other humanities and social science majors are also eligible.

The duration of the visiting scholar selection category is 3-10 months. To apply, students must log in to the National Government-sponsored Study Abroad Management Information Platform from November 11 to 18, 2024.

To apply for the Russian Exchange Scholarship, students must submit the following documents:

• Recommendation form
• Opinion Form for Postdoctoral Application Institutions for Study Abroad Projects
• Confidentiality review certificate
