Housing Reservations in Egypt: A New Opportunity

The Ministry of Housing has begun taking reservations for housing apartments in Egypt, with a total of 6,575 residential units available across 15 new cities. This is the largest offering yet, providing a unique opportunity for individuals and families to secure their dream homes.

Available Cities and Units

• 700 “Egyptian Housing” units in New Cairo, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 133 m2
• 435 “Misor Housing” units in October Garden, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 118 m2
• 300 “Egyptian Housing” units in the new October City, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 115 m2
• 35 “Egyptian Housing” units in Shoruk City, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 130 m2
• 34 “Egyptian Housing” units in New Minya City, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 115 m2
• 246 “Egyptian housing” units in West Qena city, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 118 m2
• 310 “Misr Housing” units in Nasser City, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 130 m2, starting from “West Assiut”
• 160 “Egyptian Housing” units in New Demita, with areas ranging from 106 m2 to 130 m2
• 600 “Egypt Housing” units in New Alamin City, with areas ranging from 110 m2 to 133 m2

Reservation Deposit and Payment Method

The reservation deposit is 100 thousand pounds. Applicants can pay using one of the following methods:
