Method 1: Log in to the official website (zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption/) and enter your code. Make sure to check that your server ID and name are correct before submitting.

Method 2: Reload the game and go to Main Menu > Select More > Select Redeem Code. Enter your code, and the items will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
