Discover⁣ the benefits provided by Shinhan, Woori,‍ NH Nonghyup, Hana, and ⁤BC cashback on property tax payments

As September approaches, the month for paying property taxes on land and ‍houses, interest in property​ tax payment ⁣benefits is ⁣increasing among land and ⁢house owners. Various card companies such as Shinhan ⁤Card, Woori Card,‍ NH Nonghyup​ Card, Hana‍ Card, and ⁢BC Card ⁣are offering cashback benefits related to property tax payments.

According to the ⁣credit card⁣ platform⁢ Card Gorilla, land subject to property tax is land excluding land attached⁤ to a house, and the second housing unit is housing including apartments, townhouses, multi-family houses, multi-family houses, and single-family houses. Anyone who owns land and a house as of June ‍1, the tax base date, is liable to pay taxes.

It is recommended to take ‍advantage of‌ property⁢ tax events held⁤ by card companies,‌ as there is ‍no fee for paying‌ property taxes ‌by card. Additionally, be aware that missing the payment deadline may result in an additional 3% surcharge.

Card Company Benefits

  • Shinhan‌ Card: ⁢ Offers a ‌0.1% cashback on the⁢ amount paid ‍when paying local ⁣taxes with ​a Shinhan personal check card. The cashback​ is scheduled to⁢ be paid on the 8th of​ next month, and the benefit period is until the 30th.
  • Woori Card: Offers​ a partial interest-free installment benefit ⁤(10 months or 12 months) when paying property taxes. The benefit period is the same as Shinhan Card.
  • NH Nonghyup Card: Provides interest-free ‍(up to 4 ⁢months) and⁤ partial⁢ interest-free (up to 10 months)⁤ benefits​ when paying national and local taxes of 50,000 won⁣ or‌ more ⁣in installments. The period is until December 31st.
  • Hana Card: Offers ​a⁤ partial interest-free‌ installment benefit when paying ⁣national and local taxes ‌of 50,000 won ‍or more ⁣in installments.
  • BC Baro Card: Accumulates Eco Money Points when paying national and local ‍taxes with BC Green Card after My Tag. Points are scheduled⁣ to be accumulated on the ⁣31st of next month.

By taking advantage of ​these benefits, land and ⁢house owners ​can maximize their savings on​ property tax payments.
