Al-Tamir Real Estate Development Company, a subsidiary of the New Urban Community Authority, has launched reservations for premium housing apartments in the first phase of the Sabah project, located in the 6th of October City, specifically in the northern extension.

The Sabah project offers 600 residential units with areas ranging from 90 square meters to 141 square meters for average housing. The reservation period is now open and will conclude on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
