4. Transfer through electronic coordination website only
5. No paper transfers
6. Transfer only once
7. Fulfilling the additional conditions of the college you want to transfer to (like passing the eligibility test conducted before the release of high school exam results)
8. Students will be differentiated based on the total grade of the student in the High School Certificate
